U16 (Bantam)

U16 (formerly Bantam) is an advanced level that is played in 12-a-side. Occasionally we may run a 9 on 9 team, based on registration. Athletes aged 13-15 and NOT entering into Grade 10 in that calendar year.  In this division the focus is on safe contact and more position specific skill development. The Spring Session begins with no-equipment & non-contact in early June, then tackle practice for 2 weeks later in June.

Regular Season begins in August and continues to the end October.
